New to Dawn Robinson Photography are outdoor portraits. There are so many beautiful locations to choose from or if you have one in mind please feel free to suggest an alternative. Yes the great British weather can be unpredictable so we make plan A and then B but portraits can also be fun with wellies and brolly’s!
Dawn Robinson is based in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire is nearby to Heckmondwike, Birstall, Mirfield, Dewsbury, Huddersfield, Bradford and Leeds, further areas can be considered.
Prior to your shoot, we’ll have an informal chat, a little about you, a bit about me and what will happen during your session. We’ll discuss possible venues and the shots that are important to you along with Ideas for your ideal portrait. It will take approximately an hour to an hour and a half depending on the amount of people attending. Don’t worry if you are a little camera shy… I love to capture the interaction during a session, It’s my job to help you relax and enjoy the moment!
During your shoot, I take lots of different shots just to make sure that I have captured you just right. Before your viewing, I spend a good couple of hours editing only the best images to show you. I then prepare your slideshow, selecting photographs and music that suits the feel and mood of your shoot ready for your viewing.
1 – 2 weeks after your session I will come to you or at an agreed venue to view your images. Sat comfortably, I start the viewing with your specially prepared slideshow – a great way to see your photographs and to re-live your portrait experience. We’ll go through all the images, choosing what you like best. I’ll then guide you through the best ways to display your selected photographs. Take a look at the Portrait collection offers. No hard sell, it’s important to me that you are happy with your final choices.
